cramped room limited charging
The room, allegedly a superior double room, felt cramped. i found ONE USB charging port available, quite a limitation in this era of multiple devices. also, the breakfast area felt more like a canteen. A VERY impersonal atmosphere pervaded the space, hardly conducive to a relaxing start to the day.

Convenient City Center Stay
central location breakfast choice helpful staff
The hotel's location was excellent, right next to the central train station. Breakfast offered many choices for both european and american tastes. The front desk staff was both fluent and helpful, especially Joanna, who provided us expert service.
My room was uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning available. I requested the room to be serviced, placing a door sign, but no one came. I needed to call reception to get towels and waited about an hour.

The superior double room featured a spacious layout and plenty of light. Several usb ports were conveniently located near the bed and desk area. The bathroom included a rainfall shower head and provided ample counter space.

great breakfast spacious room
the location is very convenient because it is next to the train station. our superior double room was very spacious. breakfast had a huge variety of food. the bed was very comfy.
i asked for late checkout but they refused. i had booked a superior room 2 months prior but there was no view. i was very disappointed with the view.

the hotel is close to the central station. it makes travel very easy. also, the opera house is nearby. it is a short walk, great for seeing performances. the surrounding area felt safe, even late at night.
